Main Courses
- Cod loin with Sandefjord sauce, trout roe, and duchess potatoes
- Beef tenderloin with Madeira wine jus, Västerbotten cheese croquettes, black salsify, and tomato confit

- Warm chocolate fondant with raspberry coulis and fresh berries
