Covid-19 may exist in the foreseeable future and how do you conduct corona-safe conferences in that situation? At Mora Hotell & Spa, we have created a new concept for this - "Conference at Dalavis" Read more under the heading "outdoor conference with walk and talk"

If you want to combine an indoor and outdoor conference, it also works well!

Our conferences or kick offs usually start with a breakfast buffet and a light start in the morning, then you are guided to one of the conference rooms available at the hotel. We have both larger and several smaller rooms, which means the opportunity to divide your groups into smaller breakout groups for, for example, group work and the like. Something we have especially invested in is the ventilation in our rooms and this ventilation solution is available in all conference rooms. A conference with us usually ends with one or more activities down by Lake Siljan that you see from the hotel. Here we have set up a small arena for outdoor conferences.

The participants of course have access to the latest conference technology also outdoors. A rolling food truck or food over an open fire with a hob is available, where our chef prepares the final dinner. We can guarantee a nature experience something out of the ordinary - to sit and end a rewarding conference day with a view of Lake Siljan.

Access to our Spa Department with swimming pool, steam sauna, various treatments and whirlpool is included.

Outdoor conference: walk and talk & forest bath

After the united conference start at the hotel, the participants are divided into groups for a "walk and talk".

In small constellations you walk along a beautiful path and get to take part in history from the area while you talk - you change at regular intervals and therefore get to talk to most of the group. The ultimate goal is towards a "conference room" in the forest. Sun loungers are placed around a campfire over which the coffee simmers. If a projector is needed, it can be arranged. When it's time for lunch, either a mobile outdoor kitchen or a frying pan is heated and our chef prepares a good and warming meal over an open fire.

Carving your own Dala horse can be a calm and cozy activity with a local connection.
One activity that is really in vogue is forest swimming. Then the guests go out into the woods with a guide and get to experience a quiet moment inspired by Japanese philosophy. The exercises increase both creativity and the ability to work together,

Only a day conference?

Our day conference packages can be booked for large or small parties. You decide whether it should be combined in an indoor and outdoor environment or only in one of the choices. Throughout our facility, the focus is on the local food - See our autumn menu for inspiration If you want a theme around Mora's cultural figures such as Anders Zorn or Gustav Vasa, we can package both a Zorn dinner & a Gustav Vasa dinner for the adventurous. Mora Hotell has 4 bright, well-equipped, modern conference rooms with a capacity from 12 -180 people, several of which have a view of Lake Siljan. We have about: 50 rooms for personal conversations (business room), a management group room for 4-12 people, 2 group rooms for 20-30 people and a large hall for 100 people. All with the latest Audio and Video equipment and own fiber to the property
