KITCHEN CHEF MORA HOTEL
Now we are looking for you who want to be part of our gang.
You who apply are not afraid of new challenges and have previous experience from similar tasks. The restaurant is currently open 6 days a week, lunch and dinner. During high season it is open 7 days a week.
The job includes the usual chef tasks, such as menu planning and raw material calculation, warehousing and inventories. Follow-up of key figures, self-inspection and orders. You have the budget responsibility for the kitchen and the budget job is placed for one month during the autumn. You are helpful in recruitment and are responsible for staffing and scheduling based on the needs of the business.
You have knowledge and are used to leading staff and take great responsibility in the kitchen. Your role requires
humility, courage and great commitment and that you have an innovative and solution-focused attitude. Furthermore, you are creative, committed and unpretentious as well as a very good team player. As a leader, you are clear, present and empathetic and you enjoy inspiring and developing others.
It is a permanent service of 100% and with 6 months probationary employment by agreement. Salary according to agreement and wellness allowance.
