A room for most people!

Standard double rooms (approx. 19-21 m2) are simple and comfortable rooms decorated in bright colors with colorful textiles. Some rooms have light sloping ceilings. Standard double room has a double bed (160 cm / 180 cm). All Standard Rooms are located on the street or towards the park.

NOTE. These rooms are not available with extra bed. For those of you who have older children who do not sleep in the parents’ bed, see Business room with sofa bed.

If you want a larger room with a seating area, we recommend the Business, Superior or Premier rooms.

Most hotel rooms have a view of Siljan or Tingshusparken. The beautiful surroundings in Mora have inspired the artist Anders Zorn, and spurred many Vasaloppet skiers towards victory over the years. In the immediate area there are plenty of activities for all ages. The fairytale land Tomteland, the Dalhalla concert arena, the Dala horse production in Nusnäs and the Zorn Museum, are some examples.

What types of rooms are available for rent?

We offer standard rooms, fairy-tale rooms and luxurious superior rooms, and our suites come with their own sauna. Whichever room you choose, you can expect comfortable accommodation in a classic Dalarna setting. Prices vary, but never at the expense of quality – which is why Mora Hotell & Spa holds a four-star rating. Free Wi-Fi, Chromecast and the breakfast buffet are all included in the room rate.

Are you looking for accommodation for Vasaloppet?

For those of you who need accommodation at Tjejvasan or another of Vasaloppet's events, the location is perfect. Here you can sleep out properly, eat a hearty breakfast and get to the competition with the help of the Vasaloppet buses that depart here outside.

Late check-out

Where possible, we offer late check-out until 3:00 PM on Sundays – perfect for a lie-in and a leisurely breakfast. Take the chance to enjoy a little time in the relaxation area before you head home.
